I Need You

I went to workout tonight….Ok I know that the fact that I am blogging is already shocking enough, but then I say that I worked out…..it may be a little much for anyone to handle….even me. But anyways, moving on….I had my Ipod on shuffle and the song “I Need You” by the Daniel Doss Band came on. I haven’t heard it in awhile and I remember now why I liked it so much.

Just when I think that I got it all together

Right when I’ve traced out the rest of my life.

Those are just a couple of verses, but tonight those words are the cry of my heart. I wish I could explain to y’all what I am feeling, but I just am not sure how right now. I know He is in control and I know that He is there and before I even realized how much I need him right now….He was already there holding me.

I have learned that life will take you on interesting courses and things will happen in ways that you don’t expect, but it is at those times when I realize how much I need Him and it is in those times that He reminds me of the love and comfort He provides in my life on a daily basis. What a blessing it is to have a Father that loves me so much….because I Need Him.
